@virginmedia Trying to renew. 4 times I've agreed a price, accepted it, approved documents, total tome wasted is nearing 8 hours in 4 attempts. Been told 3 times it's been applied. Yet still on old contract. Total joke of a company. Considering just stopping the dd.

So @virginmedia are a joke right? Offered me a renewal deal, I accepted it. Then they kept sending renewal offers, so I asked what the problem was and they said they didn't apply that deal (also didn't tell me they hadnt) and now are offering the same services for 150% the price

@virginmedia I spent 2 hours with the team last night only to be cut off just after it seemed sorted leaving me in the exact same position I was before it started.

@Just_Maths I leant my lesson the hard way a long time ago. My a level history teacher said "I expect these topics to come up, don't just revise these those as I'm just guessing really" I only listened to the first part and none of them came up.

Seriously … stop calling them predicted papers (unless you have an inside line to the exam team!) … they’re aimed at impressionable kids who will believe what you’re saying … be honest they are a best guess … your opinion.
