Today, I filed a lawsuit in California federal court against World Liberty Financial to protect my legal rights as a holder of $WLFI tokens.   I have always been—and remain—an ardent supporter of President Trump and his Administration’s efforts to make America crypto friendly.  This lawsuit does not change how I feel about President Trump or the Trump Administration.   Unfortunately, certain individuals on the World Liberty project team have been operating the project in a manner that goes against President Trump’s values.  They wrongfully froze all of my tokens, stripped me of my right to vote on governance proposals, and have threatened to permanently destroy my tokens by “burning” them—all without any proper justification.  I do not believe President Trump would condone these actions if he knew about them.     I have tried in good faith to resolve this situation with the World Liberty project team without resorting to litigation.  But the project team has refused my requests to unfreeze my tokens and restore my rights as a token holder.  They have left me with no choice but to turn to the courts.  All I want is to be treated the same as every other early investor who received tokens—no better, no worse.    I also want the community to know that I strongly oppose the new governance proposal World Liberty published on April 15.   If it passes, token holders who do not “affirmatively accept” its terms—including a requirement that 10% of all advisor tokens be permanently burned—will have their tokens locked indefinitely.  For early purchaser tokens, the proposal imposes a two-year cliff followed by a two-year vesting schedule—and again, for those who do not affirmatively accept, their tokens are locked indefinitely.   This proposal is bad for the community, but because World Liberty has frozen my early investor tokens, I cannot vote them for or against the proposal.   I believe in fairness, transparency, and the principles that make crypto powerful.  I will continue to fight for those principles. 🙏

@Kontenasan_bf Anyone who is genuinely interested in horse racing and not degenerate gambling should not be shunned at all. Some massive weirdos in this community.

People should stop mocking Uma Musume fans and people who are new to horse racing. If anything, the racing world ought to be careful not to become arrogant toward those who arrive with fresh eyes. Among people connected to breeding farms, there are, from time to time, figures who turn almost monstrous. Owners are often highly capable people—articulate, persuasive, successful—and when you spend too long around that kind of confidence, it becomes dangerously easy to mistake borrowed brilliance for your own. That is how, every now and then, someone emerges like that infamous farm: unable to listen, unable to see themselves honestly, lashing out with the pitiful cry of, “Amateurs should keep quiet.” And honestly, I think people like that are part of the reason horse racing has slowly lost some of its vitality. The moment someone else begins to seem strange or foolish to you, that is exactly the moment you should remember: to someone else, you may look just as strange. That awareness is not a weakness. It is the beginning of humility, and humility is where every living culture renews itself. When new people enter a community, the right response is not suspicion. It is excitement. Because every newcomer carries the possibility of a different way of seeing, a different way of loving, a different way of imagining what this world could become. New people do not dilute a culture. At their best, they widen it. They bring with them the seeds of ideas that insiders, for all their experience, may never have thought to plant. So instead of guarding the gate so fiercely that nothing new can enter, why not open it a little wider? Why not be thrilled that something unfamiliar is beginning? Communities do not stay alive by worshipping the past alone. They stay alive by making room for the future. And the future rarely arrives in a form that looks comfortable at first. It comes wearing unfamiliar colors, speaking in unfamiliar voices, asking unfamiliar questions. That is not something to fear. That is the first sign that something new—and perhaps something wonderful—is trying to be born. Let’s create new value together. Let’s welcome new people, new ideas, new passions, and new possibilities. Because the most exciting thing about any world is not what it has already been—it is what it still has the courage to become.

Robert Mueller died today at 81. Vietnam veteran. Marine. 50 years of public service. FBI Director under two presidents. Trump’s response. “Good, I’m glad he’s dead. He can no longer hurt innocent people.” The President of the United States celebrated the death of a decorated American veteran and public servant within hours of his passing. Mueller found Trump likely obstructed justice. Trump found that unforgivable. James Comey was subpoenaed this week. 130 subpoenas issued to everyone who ever investigated Trump. Pam Bondi testifies under oath on April 14th. The Epstein files are half sealed. A man who served his country for 50 years died today. The President said he’s glad. That tells you everything about who he is. Never stop connecting the dots.

Hyperliquid now trades more oil, gold, and silver than crypto. People will eventually start to realize crypto isn’t about crypto but about offering a more realistic and efficient infrastructure for any type of exchange. That goes from proof, reputation and alike to trading, real world assets and more. Hyperliquid is killing it. Look at that chart, green in a see of red.

@Denis_skripnik @_stevenhl Isn’t Hyperliquid already geoblocked in the US? I struggle to see how regulation is going to throw any wrenches in the works.

Yes. And it’s great that it’s separating. But here I see a risk that traditional exchanges may interfere with Hyperliquid, fearing for their market share. Up to <1% of the volume there’s nothing to worry about, but at 1–2–5% the risk already increases that regulators will start throwing wrenches in the works.

HYPE is trading above $42 for the first time since November 10th and on that day: - BTC was $103K - ETH was $3400 - SOL was $163 As Hyperliquid begins to transition out of being just a “crypto exchange”, it’s sensible for it to incrementally decouple from crypto majors as well.
