@axeldesigns That image has too much noise & worked/smeared pixels vs a clean 3D program render. Even allowing for compression, the artifacts (i.e. jpg algorithm) aren't typical "clean render then compressed"

@NatedawgO7 Won't get much on the coast. Sunshine Coast, for example, they could get a unit to AirBNB or rent out, but capital growth is slow/poor. Mostly older units with very high body corp.

Tax the fuck out of these people. One they can’t afford an ip with that income and 3 kids. Two the taxpayer is subsidising them buying a rental and removing it from the rental pool to turn into an Airbnb in a housing crisis

One of our clients required the branding to be easily adaptable for motion. So I had to dive deep into how to do a handover. What I learned: 1. Name ALL the layers in Illustrator When they take that file and dump it into After Effects, it spits out with the same layer names. Because they're animating each individual part of the logo, they need to know what is what. 2. Make every element individually movable. If a shape sits on top of another shape and you've cut out the overlapping part, the animator can't move it independently. It's a static cutout, not a live object. Every piece needs to be its own complete shape, even if it's hidden behind something else in the static version. Motion designers, feel free to let me know if this actually makes your life easier!
