A 35 year male is terrified. His father died at 45 while sleeping. His brother died at 38, also in his sleep. The patient feels fine, but his ECG shows this, what is the diagnosis and what intervention will you do so that he doesn't suffer the same fate

So called Dr Castro kisuule if someone can die of just a minor surgery what about a major one , in my opinion this hospital and all people who work in this hospital should be investigated yes people die but in politics never take anything that happens lightly

In 2018, I went for an interview for a position with one the biggest ministries in this country. We were about 560 applicants fighting for one position. They gave us an aptitude test on Monday. Those who passed were made to do written interviews on Wednesday. I was among the 100 who survived. We did the written interviews and out 100 applicants. We were 20 who survived again. Friday, we entered for oral interviews, and 3 of us survived. Me and two ladies. The position only was for one person. The following week, on Monday, 3 of us got into interviews and orals again. This time around, we were given a 30-minute session each in the panel. After the session, an old mzei approached me and asked where I'd come from. I quickly told him, and he smiled with kind of face that was communicating something. He told me I'd made through with 90.6%, my followers had got 80%, the third had got 78% He frankly told me that if you don't hear from the office after 2 weeks from now, just know things have happened. Guess what, I didn't hear from them till today 🤣🤣 I don't know about your experience, you may tell us, we console ourselves 🤗🤗

My medical hot takes: 1. Every c/section should be done by a gynaecologist. 2. Every hospital with a theatre should have a permanent anaesthesiologist. 3. COs have no business being in theatre. AT ALL. 4. MOs should only do minor procedures.

@stansyke This is exactly what happens in the facility I'm based currently. All procedures are done by consultants.. MOs can only do I & Ds, OPD suturing and other minor things. They fired all COs except one who helps with billing( They said COs are no longer useful in their patients care)

Alexandra Medical Center is located at plot 1 kitante close, Yusuf Lule Road, Kampala Uganda Alexandra Medical Center was officially opened up by Anglican Archbishop Stephen Kazimba Mugalu (a renowned state agent) Its owned by Dr. Castro Kisuule (of Rwandase origin), the facility was allegedly designed as a "hotel-like" private hospital focusing on women and children's health now turned to be elimation chamber. I have attached pictures of the so called Dr.Castro Kisuule who spearheaded the elimination of Hon.Hellen Nakimuli

You’ve started already what answers are you honestly looking for? She has sadly passed on. Every patient going into surgery is informed of the risks including the possibility of an unsuccessful outcome. Unfortunately that’s what happened here and as a pharmacist you should understand that.
