With unpredictable weather, staying hydrated is non-negotiable, whether you need a hot cup of tea or an ice-cold refresh. This dispenser does it all, and it’s yours for just 370,000 UGX. #dispenser #electricdispenser

I'M NOT BLAMING OR JUDGING THE ARCHBISHOP: I hadn't wanted to dwell on this matter until @emmanuel_dombo raised it again. Somethings are better left unpushed/undefended... and let them be... This is one of them! The Lord Archbishop is my Archbishop, a man of God, and I HOLD HIM IN PROFOUND RESPECT. In that respect, therefore, it don't hold him to the same standards as myself, a Minister, Mp, or even a President....; because he is OMUTUME(Apostle)OF GOD...those sent by God to shepherd his people! I'm not, I'm an ordinary citizen! Therefore, there are things the ABATUME CAN'T SAY EVEN WHEN THEY FEEL THEM, OR KNOW THEM... Ndugu @emmanuel_dombo talked of when St. Peter denied Jesus....yes, this was human, and Peter failed because of human flesh. But Peter immediately understood that his MISSION was not of HUMANS but of GOD. So he run out, cried and REPENTED. As we all know, the next it came, he stood in ROME AND WAS CRUCIFIED FOR CHRIST! So what i reject is using failures of human flesh as the GOLD-STANDARD TO BE EMULATED! THE reason OUR HOLY FATHERS WEAR CASSOCKS👇 AND HOLD HOLY SCEPTRES is because they are NOT MEANT TO BE LIKE US; those signify and symbolise SACRIFICE AND SERVICE FOR THE LORD! Archbishop Luwumu did not die in Vain; his death led to the FALL OF IDDI AMIN; so his death liberated 30m Ugandans at the time! John the Baptist's beheading was not in VAIN; IT USHERED IN SOMETHING MIGHTIER- JESUS! If a General walked to his troops before battle, wearing that SWORD OF VALOUR👇 and proclaimed to the troops that he would not go with them to battle because he FEARED DEATH AND HE HAD A FAMILY, he would be relieved of Command IMMEDIATELY; COURTMARTIALED, AND..... Just let it pass!

✅Roberto Di Matteo (2011–12 season) • Took over as caretaker in March and won the FA Cup and our 1st UCL title ✅ Rafael Benítez (2012–13 season) • Appointed as interim manager in November and won the Europa League ✅ Guus Hiddink (2008–09 season) • Appointed as interim manager in February and won the FA Cup ✅ Thomas Tuchel (2020–21 season) • Appointed in January and delivered the UCL trophy. Even Man Utd appointed Carrick in January and he’s in the Top 4. Why are we talking about pre-season for Liam Rosenior to show us his quality? He is simply not good enough for Chelsea. SACK HIM NOW @ChelseaFC

#Peace is not something we must invent: it is something we must embrace by accepting our neighbor as a brother or sister. We do not choose our brothers and sisters: we must simply accept one another! We are one family, inhabiting the same home: this wonderful planet that ancient cultures have cared for over millennia. #ApostolicJourney #Cameroon

@JaraEko @SpireJim Have you heard about objective thinking ? Spire just did one. In life, its important to analyse situation without being fully emotionally vested in it for better understanding and decision making.

Again, on the matter of the murder suspect, it is really a sensitive one, and therefore difficult to rationally think through. First, it’s quite emotive, and understandably so. If I was one of the parents of the innocent children he killed, perhaps I wouldn’t wish to hear anyone suggest that the man could be mentally sick. Indeed, even the wider public doesn’t want to hear that discussed. Many mostly want to see him punished because of the pain his (alleged) action caused. There is so much pain and anger - all naturally understandable. The reason such suspects are subjected to mental examination is because if they’re found to be mentally sick (certain illnesses or disorders) then they’re not responsible for their actions. It is held that their mental sicknesses doesn’t allow them proper judgement, and therefore shouldn’t be punished. I read that he was examined and found to be mentally fit. I’m not challenging that expert opinion because I’m not privy to the details and not an expert in that field. But I’m also not ruling out the possibility that experts can be wrong sometimes, or, in some circumstances, may not say the truth. Sometimes, where the public is very angry and it is feared that justice may mean conclusions that could further incense the public, public (political) appeasement can be chosen - to calm down the public. This becomes an even more likely option in a society where many mental illnesses pass as normal bad behaviour/habits. Sometimes, from a utilitarian point of view, it might require sentencing a madman, if acknowledging his madness might mean that he walks away Scot-free and government takes the public eggs on face. In this particular case, perhaps the man is just a very good actor. He could be even acting out the sick physical look. But, ironically, beyond what spontaneously manifests, he hasn’t even tried to argue that he is mentally sick or that he had such a history as told by some sources! He could have killed children in hiding, but chose broad daylight! He looks present and away. His eye movements, random laughter and weird facial shifts, plus the occasional stoic look show something of a delirium that would take a highly skilled actor to pull off. Yet he seems committed to showing that he is mentally in charge, especially when he speaks. His speech shows no intent to act out mental illness. Scholars in abnormal psychology will have a lot to study about this case, but very little to say openly. It is the very angry public’s time to speak, and no one will risk interfering with a performance of justice for mass anger therapy.

All Set: All is set for the trial of Christopher Onyum Okello, the suspect in the Ggaba toddlers’ murder case. Earlier today, the Principal Judge, Lady Justice Jane Frances Abodo, inspected the Ggaba Community Church Grounds to assess readiness for the Mobile Court session. The special High Court sitting will be presided over by Lady Justice Alice Komuhangi Khaukha. This session will be the first Mobile High Court criminal session to be conducted in Kampala, highlighting the Judiciary’s commitment to taking justice closer to the people through innovative approaches. The Mobile Court will be conducted under the recently issued Mobile Courts Practice Directions by the Chief Justice, which provide the legal framework for court proceedings to be held outside conventional court premises where circumstances demand
