I'm running a #lszgs #PhD tutorial on genome/transcriptome targeting. One journal club paper was Bibikova et al #MCBJournal 2001 (collab Carroll and Chandrasegaran labs). Such a clear assay and such beautifully designed experiments. A true classic!
