No working calls. No updates. No escalation.
You left a voicemail I couldn’t receive — then did… nothing.
I’ve asked multiple times to be contacted via WhatsApp. Ignored again.
This is now just negligence.

Hey @O2UK — I’ve been abroad 11 days with no calls or texts, only data.
Your 5G SIM fails in roaming. Support gave me copy-paste replies, closed my case with no fix, and offered £10 credit while I lose £100/day.

O2 UK recorded a default entry on my credit score dated 21/07/2022, significantly affecting my rating. I terminated my services with O2 on 13/05/2022 and switched networks, yet received no prior notification or legal notice about outstanding payments.#O2Support, #O2Help
I was put in the queue for 1 hour for these idiots to just hang up on me after answering the call. Thats so frustrating. Im gonna leave this garbage (@O2) company and i think others should to. They are a waste of time.
