@united I’m trying to upgrade from economy B fare to business on a Star alliance partner (LOT Polish) using my MileagePlus account but getting #errorcode511 can you please help?

have been trying for last few days to process @staralliance upgrade on upcoming @TurkishAirlines flight using @united miles. have been on the website, have called, and upgraded myself to an eligible fare class. now getting #errorcode511. no real remedy being offered. basic hoax.
