Breaking a commitment to yourself is a slow death. When goals aren't met, the cycle of depression, unhealthy choices, and 'I'll do it later' begins. Stop the cycle. #SelfCommitment#GoalSetting

Not keeping commitments to yourself leads to a slow decline. It's a small death each time. Neglecting self-promises leads to depression, derailed routines, and the 'I'll start next week' trap. #SelfCommitment#PersonalGrowth
Triggers aren’t something to run from. They’re portals to healing. And I want to step through.
I hope this inspires you to ask — what are you ready to commit to?
Because we all deserve to live the life we’re meant to live.

What it means to push for change
#SelfCommitment#PersonalGrowth#GoalSetting#VibrantDay#FamilyTime#FitnessJourney
Today was vibrant! I kicked off my day with a morning coffee from @TimHortons coffee shop, then spent the afternoon with my dad. Later, I went for a refreshing run (as seen here in the running trail), enjoyed a cool diet drink to cool off, and wrapped up my workout on the treadmill, focusing on chest and arm weights to burn those calories. Now, it's time to relax!
This is a commitment I made to myself and ultimately it means if I can take good care of myself then I can push for change in others.
Today's lesson is -- help yourself in order to help others! @Meladul_HAQ_Ahm
“The most important contract you will ever sign is the one you sign with yourself.
Write down who you are going to be,
how you are going to live,
your standards, boundaries, and goals.
DATE IT.
SIGN IT.
LIVE IT.”
