Great advice from @theo-- which reminds me of a great Jobs quote: "You've got to start with the customer experience and work backwards to the technology. You can't start with the technology and try to figure out where you are going to try and sell it."

@theo Since this is getting traction-- Of course tech-first thinking has a place, as AI today is in large part a success because of this. I think the problem is when UX-first products are led by people who do not understand the core user-experience.
