@AnalogDreamDev Did you already have a game idea you wanted to explore before writing the engine or did the engine come first?🐔🥚

@stackabydev The game came first but the loop between chicken and eggs was really short. They instantly started feeding into each other. I've been making games for a decade in Unreal and Unity, and this was the first game idea where I felt like I would benefit from a custom engine.

@AnalogDreamDev I'd say that's probably the best way to get started - have a problem that you want to solve.
