We still don’t have a timeline when Grok Imagine 2.0 will be released

@techdevnotes My suspicion is they are delaying the large models and Imagine until either the inference stack rewrite is done, or they have access to some Rubin racks. May be impossible to run them profitably right now.

@techdevnotes I think ver 1.5 is good enough for most practical workloads today. What I would like to see in ver 2.0 are: - 1080p video gen - 720p gen made more affordable (keep 1080p as expensive & exclusive) - remove 480p gen option

@techdevnotes What's the point of releasing a new version at this point? Every update just adds more censorship and lowers the usage limits. It doesn't really offer users anything new and it's not even permissive with content that Grok itself generates.
