@RideoutTim Hi, after reading an article via @ScotNational can you enlighten me on the below questions?
How will the transition work?
How strong will a 🏴£ be worth?
UK Pensions and conversion rate?
Who is printing 🏴£?
How will debt and reserves work?
@RideoutTim Oh Tim, as usual you've got all the right words, but not necessarily in the right order... Do us all a favour and go back to Geography - hopefully you're better at that than Economics and Finance.
@RideoutTim Will the SRB be independent? It seems to me that when fiscal & monetary policies do not align, that would give iScotgov (voted-in) more of a headache. You see it now in U.K., treasury putting money in the economy (less NI contributions), BoE taking money out, raising int rates?
@RideoutTim Glad to see the irrational attachment to the U.K. pound post Indy is in decline. It’s not independence with the fiscal levers in punitive Westminster hands.
@RideoutTim A huge amount of assumptions in here, second guessing what commercial banks across the UK will and won't do. What talks have you had with any of these banks regarding what will happen?
@RideoutTim Tim, you walloper, are you saying we (Scotland) own entirely offshore profit? 😂😂😂
Are you REALLY saying that and expecting all to believe it?
Tell me again your a finance expert! 🥳😂😂😂
@RideoutTim Once we get our own currency and can print the money ey we need to release scotlands wealth and take our place on the world stage, we will be free from the shackles of wastemunster and we will be free and a rich country
