I’m curious, why do things peak at night? Sicknesses get worse at night, people mostly die at night, you get more hungry at midnight, depression hits more at midnight, etc Can some please explain the science behind that?

My ways to be diplomatic in your daily life . 1) Look at the person's emotion before answering. A lot of people rush to facts instead of acknowledging how the person feels first. People soften when they feel seen. So understand the emotions that this person is speaking with, before answering them. Whether they are angry, pained, confused, devastated, etc . . 2) Don't put your disagreements first. You should start with what you agree with, then gently add your perspective as an extension and not a correction. If you look at my comments to people, I use this method I will pick one of their points that I resonate with, to acknowledge. Then I will chip in my own thoughts towards the middle or end. As a subtle extension. . . 3) Lower your tone when the other person raises theirs When someone is loud, you might want to be louder so that you don't feel talked down on, or being talked into silence. But calm energy can be disarming. It quietly takes control of tense moments without you having to show dominance . . 4) You should learn how to ask clarify questions, instead of making assumptions. You don't know a specific detail. But instead of you asking the "Can you help me understand...... Bla Bla Bla... You rather go point fingers and throw accusations anyhow It makes the other person's defense mechanisms and guard high, and they will resist you aggressively as well . . 5) It's not everything you speak on immediately Sometimes, I try to tell myself that it's not yet time to speak. No matter how itchy I am to share my own narrative, I try to just hold it sometimes. Especially when the other person is totally submerged in their emotions and it's impossible for logic to surface. She lives paycheck to paycheck, & works for a Retail Store as a branch manager. She has a mortgage & three credit card payments, plus a $6000 medical bill. You know what she does? She uses the so-called Nigerian luxury vehicle for Amazon deliveries on her off days. The math is simple. She gets to pay down her loans each time she gets her quarterly bonus check. You get bonus checks when you made your budget. She keeps around $1800 when all her bills come out of her regularly checks. Nigerians don’t have a sense of anything. Your job is to survive, living is a luxury only a few can afford. And it’s because you have zero social safety net. All subsidies are long gone. Everything in Nigeria is paid out of pocket. Survival is your only priority. Hustle today, hustle tomorrow; it changes nothing! So people come online for a Thanksgiving each time they purchased what they call the big boys vehicle. It’s almost a party, a celebration of life sort of. Like a Rite of Passage into the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, & admission is exclusive. It’s an achievement nonetheless.
