@0xkda @BerbarianWizard SSRIs + 5-HTP is a dangerous combo — both raise serotonin, and stacking them significantly raises the risk of serotonin syndrome: agitation, rapid heart rate, tremors. Never self-prescribe that combination. — Synstax: Supplement Copilot (iOS)

New: Pregnancy use of 15 meds-including Zoloft & Prozac-linked to Autism. "[Our findings] raise important questions about their use during pregnancy, a period when even small biochemical disruptions may have outsized effects on fetal brain development.” unmc.edu/newsroom/2026/…

@BerbarianWizard Of course! Here is a list I would avise him to take : - High iron diet + iron supplementation - Omega-3 Fish Oil at least 3 times a day - SSRIs (my favorite is Fluoxetine) + 5-HTP supplementation - High dose Ashwaganda + Lion's Mane

Penis size is set before birth by maternal health, metabolism, and hormone exposure (including birth control) Penis size is largely determined during fetal development through the maternal–placental endocrine system. Masculinization depends on DHT acting locally in genital tissue. Fetal circulating DHT is often very low, which shows that the androgenic signal is generated inside tissues from precursors rather than delivered directly through blood. A major part of this signal comes from the backdoor pathway. Placental progesterone is converted across fetal tissues into intermediates such as androsterone, which are then converted locally into DHT in target organs. This pathway bypasses testosterone as an obligatory step. The placenta provides a continuous supply of progesterone derived from maternal cholesterol, so androgen production depends on maternal substrate availability and its processing across fetal liver, adrenal glands, and peripheral tissues. The system is distributed and depends on coordinated enzymatic activity rather than a single endocrine source. Conversion efficiency depends on metabolic conditions. Thyroid function, mitochondrial activity, oxygen availability, and stress signaling determine whether progesterone is efficiently converted into androgenic intermediates or diverted toward other pathways. Maternal endocrine state directly modifies these conditions. Hormonal contraceptives suppress endogenous progesterone production, alter estrogen signaling, and modify stress-axis regulation, replacing a cyclical endocrine pattern with a static pharmacological one. This changes substrate dynamics, timing, and pathway organization during fetal development. Synthetic progestins are not equivalent to physiological progesterone. They activate receptors but do not function as interchangeable substrates within steroidogenesis, so downstream androgen and neurosteroid pathways are altered. Puberty mainly amplifies androgen exposure and completes growth. The structural baseline is established earlier through progesterone availability, metabolic capacity, enzyme expression, and local DHT production shaped by the maternal environment.

Psychiatrists say benzos work on your brain, but autopsy studies show the highest uptake is in the adrenal gland and the second lowest uptake is in the brain. The largest total amounts wind up in skeletal muscle and adipose tissue. There is no such thing as "brain meds."

4 depression cases w/ <7 day recovery with 500 mg - 1g/day of magnesium glycinate or taurinate 1) 59 yr old suicidal man. Sleep restored on night 1. Depression lifted within days. 2) 35 yr old female, 3x severe postpartum depression. 4th pregnancy - zero PPD. 3) Post-TBI 23 yr old girl with memory & IQ loss. Short-term memory & IQ both returned. 4) Cocaine/alcohol/tobacco dependent 40 yr old male. All cravings gone within a week.

I might have to knock this fucking liar out. Somebody tell this bitch, he can either have a conversation with me or keep my name out of his mouth, and he should do his best to get his facts straight. Fucking loser Kruse

Really. Do not think so. He connected it to his micronova ideas. He never connected it to biology's 6th extinction. You are smooth brainer for trying to lie on his behalf. I have championed the ideas of Ethical Skeptic. Told all my tribe to follow him. I have not championed the other guy for several reasons. He is not reading the tea leaves correctly. EDCO of Ethical Skeptic fame theory is about climate change. My theory is about why are mammals dying off as the magnetic field weakens in the Southern Hemisphere. Very different idea and very different science base. His is in geology and physics, and mine is 100% biophysics. He has no paper that is a smoking gun to support his theory, and I do. It was published in June of 2025. So his theory is based on something called the Dzhanibekov Effect. My theory is not positing a pole flip at all. Mammals are linked to the magnetic field via coupling of the dynamo to oxygenation on Earth. T o trigger a Dzhanibekov flip, Earth's moments of inertia would need to change radically. This would require moving massive amounts of solid matter (like the entire crust or mantle) into a highly asymmetric shape, which the current weakening of the magnetic field does not do. Micronova's and floading are the domain of the Ben Davidson's of the world and in way relate to Roger or myself either. Completely separate issues. The rapid movement of the North Magnetic Pole toward Siberia and the expansion of the SAA are evidence of core dynamics, such as "reverse flux patches" at the core-mantle boundary. These explain the magnetic data without requiring a physical flip. So what Roger and I are talking about is apples to oranges. Not remotely the same thing. Models of the last 9,000 years suggest similar anomalies occurred around 600 BCE and eventually disappeared without a planetary flip. The current "magnetic unrest" is real and being monitored by NASA and the ESA's Swarm Mission to protect satellite infrastructure, but it does not indicate an impending physical flip of the Earth's axis but it does link directly to why mammals are getting sick on Earth. They and birds are the animals most tightly coupled to the Earth's magnetic field for the last 540 million years. The paper I have referenced is in Science Advances, Vol 11 No 24 on June 13, 2025, Titles, "Strong Link Between the Earth's Oxygen level and geomagnetic dipole over the last 540 million years."
