At one time, it was illegal to teach enslaved and free people of color to read and write. Three guesses as to why. It didn’t work. So now pissed off whites are trying to keep people stupid by banning books and rewriting the history of Black America. And that won’t work either.

Here’s what will happen: the district will lose quality educators; families will move their students to better districts & CVUSD will be hit with a massive lawsuit when a student suffers injury as a result of the policies.

This is truly the most unhinged school board meeting I’ve ever seen. Chino school board president Sonja Shaw loses it and accuses state official @TonyThurmond of perverting children before ejecting him from the meeting. The board voted to force teachers to out trans students.
