In 7 weeks I will be in the NSW Supreme Court. My lawyers will be appealing the decision that found me guilty of vilification for identifying males in female sport. I have been ordered to pay $95,000 to the two men whose images and names were posted in the public domain by football organisations. I am doing this because truth and reality matters. I am doing this because free speech and truth speech is integral for a civilised society to operate. I am doing this for the babies who are relying on us to do the right thing.

Well, it’s still happening at the Ocean Community YMCA in Westerly, RI…Three times in the last couple of months, a man pretending to be a woman, has seen fit to use the women’s locker room. A female who saw the man reported it to YMCA management last week and was told, “There is nothing I can do about it”. The OCY just received $700,000 in federal funds for upgrades to the facility. Its policy (which is also YMCA national policy) allows individuals to shower and change using the facilities of the gender with which they identify. This policy, plus the receipt of federal funds, combined with the act of a man being in the women’s locker room, and the Y being an educational institution, is a clear violation of Title IX, as it discriminates against women based on sex. Ilhan Omar said she became a naturalized citizen at 17 when her father was naturalized. But, Ilhan was 18. She changed her own birth certificate to make it appear that she was 17 when she was really 18.
