The next step in the #KarmeloAnthony case is the appeals process.They will not be focusing on the facts of the case, but whether or not legal errors were made. The Texas 5th District Court of Appeals will be hearing the legal arguments. It currently has a 7 - 6 Conservative Republican majority. We can fix this in November by voting down ballot for the following candidates: Place 8 - Judge Andreas Plumlee, Place 6 - Judge Monica Purdy, Place 3 - Judge Amanda Reichek. #BelieveKarmelo and #Vote

The Walmart in Senatobia was shut down as hundreds gathered to honor baby Kohen and demand answers after this innocent 1-year-old was shot and killed during a police encounter. As Kohen's family prepares to lay their son to rest, they are still waiting for answers about why deadly force was used and what happened in the moments before his life was taken. We will continue standing with Kohen's loved ones until the truth comes to light.

The state's forensic analyst testified he was instructed to spotlight and follow #KarmeloAnthony throughout the video. Under cross examination, he admitted he could have zoomed in on the actual altercation under the tent but did not because prosecutors only asked him to track Karmelo.
