For context: All suspensions are determined by the policy team; no one, including me, has unilateral decisionmaking authority. Having said that: • This was posted on March 31st, not April 1 • Fake X-trademarked financial scams run rampant on this platform • Soliciting engagements is already a temporary suspension This had two policy violations, so it was obvious what the outcome would be.

@shipwreckedcrew Ship, you are cornered by the Amendment. Yes, Section 5 has the directive to pass legislation “to enforce” the Amendment; but that is no foundation to change the clear language of the Amendment. I mean - what valid legislation could even modify the birth citizenship directive?

KETANJI BROWN JACKSON: Your view of birthright citizenship turns on what the status of the parents is, not the child. Help us understand why we wouldn't see a mention of parents in the text of this Amendment. US SOLICITOR SAUER: I think it's well understood that newborns cannot form domiciles.

secretary @PeteHegseth - would you make the same decision had these pilots done the same thing to celebrate @springsteen? Or is this contingent upon folks sharing your political views?
