@3rdRateWeirdAl There are no saviors among those prospects bud. Some may become good complimentary type of nhl players but no star level talent the wings need to raise up the standings. Period.

@BrianFisherLORW So I think the darkest possible timeline in play here is: - Detroit finally buys at deadline to make playoffs, moving their 1st round pick - Detroit misses the playoffs again anyway - Detroit’s 1st round pick moves up in the draft lottery for the first time ever

I really have no solution for this team at the moment except waiting for prospects. They can’t seem to find their identity on the ice and are acting like OTT is a god tier team with how jumpy and sloppy they are.

Ottawa was on the second half of a road back-to-back, 5th game in their last 7 days, 5 defensemen hurt (incl. Sanderson & Chabot), rookie making his NHL debut in the lineup, trailing Detroit by 1 point in the playoff race.
