On the eve of the Seas Summit in Dubrovnik, @IanBrzezinski (@AtlanticCouncil, Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security) pointed to the Three Seas Business Council (TSBC) as the institution around which the future of the Three Seas Initiative should be built — in information sharing, connecting stakeholders, and marketing the region to global investors. It's recognition of the role TSBC already plays today.
