If you had to pick three horses across the Cheltenham festival for a win trixie, what would they be?

I’d say my main win trixie would be Bambino Fever, Lossiemouth and Teahupoo If then say my next would be Kopek Des Bordes, Marine Nationale and Old Park Star… with Fact To File just missing out Not one of them is an absolute banker though is it: - Bambino Fever has lost over hurdles already and could again - Lossiemouth has fallen and lost twice from last 6… plus Woodhoh opposing… and the small chance she goes to the Champion Hurdle - Teahupoo has lost in this race twice before - Kopek Des Bordes is going up against Lulamba and co - Marine Nationale is going up against Majborough and co - Old Park Star is going up against a big fief of unexposed potential superstars - Fact To File up against Gaelic Warrior and Jonbon etc plus still chance he goes to the Gold Cup How exciting. Still (and always will be) a game of opinions and it’ll be so interesting to see and what what everyone else is going for!

My thoughts for UK/EU beginner investors. I genuinely think most people should focus almost entirely on growth when they’re starting out. Income only really makes sense when you’ve got a large enough pot to throw off meaningful cashflow for bills or life costs. If your portfolio is small, income just drips in. Growth compounds. Build the capital first. Let it grow. You can always pivot to income ETFs later once the pile is big enough to actually matter.
