Thread Sorry - not going to let this excuse continue He was not hired late (same as most) - also knew well before it was public. Staff should have been locked down. Because staff wasn’t, he spent weeks on that instead of players Communication and urgency was lacking

I’m willing to wait and see how he does this year given the success he’s had in the hs ranks. But we will need a massive overhaul to be good next year that’s for sure
