the bonding curve is a permissionless product, meaning anyone can build a tool to deploy pump fun coins regardless of what restrictions we put in place on our frontend (not to mention the fact that bots easily circumvent captcha nowadays)
a captcha would at most inhibit those with no access to tools who launch coins directly on the pump fun website. serial deployers, PVPers and vamps would continue to be launched; such is the case for those who bundle and multi wallet
this doesn't mean we can't build to make the user experience far better than what it is today, it just means certain solutions simply wouldn't work
