@MoArsenal86 2. Noni is our player now. He's one of us. It's his first season. He has played alot of minutes because of Saka's injury. We slashed his signing before he even wore the jersey. The team is in a difficult spot. Tweets like this don't help motivate the fans or players.

@MoArsenal86 I agree with you but I think there are certain points to look at here - 1. Maybe Noni wasn't his first choice and I think that's completely fine. If there are players who did not want to be Saka's back up, there is the nothing the club / Arteta / Berta could anyway do. 1/2

The two most reliable sources (HoA, The Athletic) confirmed Noni was not high on our list - only one of the many “alternative” options. But you hate Arteta so you’ll ignore the facts. You’ll insist Noni was his dream to suit your agendas. Arteta is not perfect but agendas? Yawn.

Spot on. Arteta wanted Isak and Rodrygo as first choice, then Sesko and Mbuemo as second choice. This is a fact. Berta & co went 0/4 and gave him Gyok and Noni. Now the same people that were happy with the summer are blaming Arteta for these players. Hilarious fanbase.

@rajsinghchohan Won’t work. Even the big clubs have started seeing it as a chance for a trophy to please the fans. There is going to be no solution to this until the players strike and my biggest fear is it’ll take something catastrophic to happen sadly to actually trigger that.

We’re in this stupid state where to do better in the league, it’s actually better for some clubs to not be in Europe to reduce their injuries (Man Utd & Spurs are on opposite sides of the spectrum with that this season). Rodri’s ACL after he complained of player workload at the Euros should have been the final warning sign. Step 1 to addressing this for English clubs is binning off the League Cup for clubs who are in Europe. Those clubs do not need 2 domestic cups.

the massive uptick in Achilles, hamstring, and ACL injuries in elite sports is just a coincidence guys. sporting executives would NEVER endanger player health for more profit. we need MORE games. MORE incentives to play more games. that’ll do it.
