SpaceX spent $20B on just spectrum
AMZN spending $11B for GSAT, arguably for spectrum, not the tech.

If you liked $ASTS at $100-130 in January, at $98 before the Globalstar acquisition by $AMZN, at $88 before the launch, and at $85 after FCC approval, you’ll like it even more at $79 after it touched its 200MA ($72) on Monday.
$RKLB touched its 200MA and ran from $55 to $90 in just a few weeks.
I’m ready for what’s coming.

I was trying to understand Tim Farrar’s perspective and realized, he’s right. I just hadn’t opened my eyes.
Ways to spot a small market:
1). Largest space company making $20bn acquisition to enter it
2). Largest consumer company making a $11bn acquisition to enter it
3). Almost all of the world’s MNOs scrambling to sign MOUs to provide service
4). US government regulators specifically crafting rules to facilitate and create the market
5). Anyone with spectrum that’s not nailed down to the floor moving to repurpose it to allow for its use in the said market

$ASTS Between last week & this week we’ve traded ~173 million shares.
That’s virtually the entire free float. There can’t possibly be any human left in this stock that is an investor that wants to sell or needs to sell ex Rakuten.

$ASTS According to my work this is roughly ~34% of the float. About 180m shares in the actual float of the 382m shares outstanding. Class A 292m Class B 11m Class C 78m Class A common ~11% owned by insiders, B and C fully by insiders. Strategic MNO’s and Google Ventures etc own ~75m so leaves about 180m owned by non affiliated institutions and retail. We know the actual float is much lower as there are many long term investors in the SpaceMob. Just wild that someone this anti American is betting so heavily against a U.S prime defense contractor in our own markets. Really doesn’t pass the smell test. Someone has gone to great lengths and way out of their way to try to keep this stock down. Should be investigated, but regulations don’t exist when it comes to manipulative short selling in our markets. Really is a crock of sh*t when you consider you have to disclose 5% stakes in companies, but someone short 34% of the float can remain anonymous. Why don’t we do something about this? Isn’t it a national security threat for someone to bet this heavily against a U.S prime defense contractor? Why would anyone in America do this? @BrendanCarrFCC @SECGov @FCC
