Elon Musk once jokingly offered to end World Hunger, asking how much it would cost as if it would be some incalculable number. When the UN replied saying 6.6 Billion would be enough to immediately end Famine for the year he never responded, and a few months later bought Twitter for 44 Billion. You struggle and suffer because people like him are allowed to exist, not because your neighbor is an immigrant.

@LedenUnor @Ab0utTreefiddy @ronsterd89 I mean I wouldn't be surprised if it was semiserious. He would've paid that money if they accepted, but to be honest the goal of his would probably be to reveal how corrupt the organization is, and the end-goal not being to solve world hunger even if that might've been the effect

I try not to blame others for how my life is. I lived in Tonga poor as can be. Came to America with my wife and got denied EBT that was during Clinton when they were Gung ho for immigration llaws, I never blamed him or anyone, I just focused on feeding my family. It's not the white man keeping me down or the rich man or the politicians or even immigrants. I live in a free country I have siblings making 6 figures and they came with nothing, started hauling trash and worked the way up. If people from 3rd world countries that don't qualify for EBT can do it, why can't the privileged people with EBT do it? Elon musk? How come Elon musk doesn't affect us all the same?

Three Mormon Empires: Jaredites. Nephites. Lamanites. Supposedly lost tribes of Israel that somehow managed to travel to the Americas in ancient times, because we all know what a great seafaring civilization ancient Israel was! Especially with compass, quadrant, astrolabe … but that’s another story! The Jaredite Empire, which was supposed to be the greatest nation on earth, was replaced by the Nephites “about 600 BC,” with no traces of its existence left behind. Here is what we read about the Nephites: “… we multiplied exceedingly, and spread upon the face of the land, and became exceedingly rich in gold, and in silver, and in precious things, and in fine workmanship of wood, in buildings, and in machinery, and also in iron and copper, and brass and steel, making all manner of tools of every kind to till the ground, and weapons of war—yea, the sharp pointed arrow, and the quiver, and the dart, and the javelin, and all preparations for war.” - Jarom 1:8 Yes, you read that right: “Machinery.” But, again, there is no trace of any of it. Stephen L. Whittington, an archeologist at the University of Maine, has stated that there is no evidence that the Nephites ever existed in the Americas. The great civilizations found in Central America, the most advanced, tended to peak around 600-900 AD, well after the time of these ancient people in the Book of Mormon. As the story goes, Lamanites wiped out the Nephites around 400 AD. So the Jaredites didn’t make it, nor did the Nephites, leaving only the Lamanites, who became “the principal ancestors of the American Indians.” Yet there is no record in Ancient America, or Ancient Israel for that matter, of any such people ever existing. And no Jewish DNA in any American Indian group. But the Bible does speak of ancient peoples who no longer exist, like the Canaanites and the Philistines, and there has been much archeological evidence to prove their existence. Three Empires spoken of in the Book of Mormon that somehow left NO TRACE of their existence! Impossible!

One thing has genuinely surprised me. I expected Americans to react like: "Of course America is amazing." "Glad you're enjoying it, little Japanese guy." "USA! USA! USA!" Instead, I keep seeing comments like: "Thank you for saying something positive about our country." "Finally, a foreigner who understands us." "I hope America can regain its confidence and dignity." Honestly, I see far more national self-confidence from ordinary people in smaller Asian countries. On Asian social media, patriotic people from different countries constantly argue over whose nation is the greatest. It's almost a sport. But many Americans seem genuinely worried about their country's future. Why is that? Is it the burden of being the world's dominant power? Political division? Economic inequality? Something else? I'm curious what Americans think.

Democrats want the black vote, so they teach black people that whites are the enemy. Democrats want the female vote, so they teach feminists that men are the enemy. Democrats want the gay vote, so they teach gay people that heterosexuals and Christians are the enemy. Democrats want the (illegal) immigrant vote, so they open the borders wide open to flood the country. Democrats want the poor vote, so they teach poor people that the rich (other than themselves, of course) are the enemy. And once the votes are cast, they don't do a damn thing to help any of these groups! The only REAL enemy is the Democrat party!

An indictment could reportedly symbolically be unsealed as soon as July 4th as Acting Director of National Intelligence Bill Pulte is said to have just officially referred Obama to The DOJ for criminal prosecution. 🚨🇯🇵 NIGHT AND DAY — the Japanese people are STILL saying NO. Day: Massive rallies with banners outside the Diet, rejecting the surveillance/intelligence state. Night: Crowds with penlights lighting up the streets, refusing to back down against militarization and elite overreach. While the PM dodges NATO, distracts with photo-ops, and pushes bills the public hates… the citizens remain wide awake. This is not a passing protest. This is sustained resistance. From Africa to Japan and across the Global South: The people see the disconnect. Rulers serve empires and agendas. Citizens fight for sovereignty and peace. Stand with the Japanese people — not their disconnected regime. The truth is a weapon. Resistance is global. NEW DIRECTION AFRICA #RESISTANCE 💪🏿

@theshitEDsaid @uiyui_jk The importation of Islam is not empathy. It is intentional. Empathy of the people is manipulated to allow it, but the people on top are not empathetic. They are destroying native cultures.

That's one of the coolest things about Latter-day Saint soteriology. There are many biblical passages which speak of Jesus preaching to and redeeming the dead, and even of them receiving baptism in their behalf: 1 Peter 3:18-20 1 Peter 4:6 John 5:25 1 Cor. 15:29 Most of Christianity doesn't know what to do with those verses because they aren't well explained in the Bible and they don't fit the Protestant model of salvation. But Latter-day Saints proclaim the good news that God has spoken again and clarified the meaning of those verses and it's AWESOME! Those who never had the opportunity to hear the Gospel in its fullness during their mortal life are taught that message after death. They are then given the opportunity to accept or reject that message the same as the relatively few privileged Christians on earth. No one's salvation will be affected by the circumstances of their birth. Thus, everyone-- every single soul ever sent to earth-- will have an equal chance before Judgement Day, whether in life or in death. Latter-day Saints don't believe we belong to some exclusive club of the people God loved enough to show us the way. We believe everyone-- from Azerbaijan to Zambia, from creation until the end of the world-- will be given the same amazing gift we are given and many, many people will gladly receive it and join us in heaven. I can't think of a more hopeful, more optimistic message, can you?

"Don't be a Mormon. You'll go to HELL!!!!!" For the sake of argument, let's grant the premise and consider your alternative. Your god creates our eternal souls out of nothing without our consent, governs by threat, tosses us in a broken world we didn't ruin, hides the rulebook from virtually all his creations, and sends 99.9% of his creations to an eternal torture chamber on a theological technicality for his glory. That's not the just and caring Father I find in the Bible. I can't worship, let alone love or emulate, a capricious monster like that. If my sincere efforts to serve my God and my fellow man to the best of my ability earns me the wrath of a fickle imp who's pulling all the puppet strings... then so be it. "Let me be resurrected with the [Latter-day] Saints, whether I ascend to heaven or descend to hell, or go to any other place. And if we go to hell, we will turn the devils out of doors and make a heaven of it!" Thankfully, I know that the arbitrary "god" of John Edwards does not exist. I know where to find God. I find Him in scripture, I find Him in the teachings of the Prophet Joseph, and I find Him when I pray. Jesus is perfectly just and perfectly loving. Everyone is His child, and His pan enables everyone to receive a full and equal opportunity for salvation. I believe I'm going to heaven, and what's more, if you're a decent person, I believe you'll be there with me. I thank my Father in Heaven for these beautiful truths He has revealed through His Church-- The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

@11thDayEmperor @ATannenbau1299 @ZacharyDonnini @ettingermentum I already live in a large house with a pool in a nice neighborhood, and I earned everything I have. You should try it. The less you rely on other people, the better you get at building for yourself. When you're good enough at that, you can help other people learn to do the same.
