Mid-week, #TeamCanada made their way to Whistler Blackcomb and Whistler Olympic Park with @WAdaptive, tackling the exhilarating slopes and icy tracks with Alpine skiing, snowboarding, Nordic skiing, biathlon and skeleton. Our dedicated coaches focused on building mental resilience, confidence and focus, which are crucial for performing under pressure. They supported skill development through goal setting, including pacing and energy management ensuring the team was armed with the knowledge and skills to succeed!
