Also DCU Tim is closer to Jason, don’t really care what people think on the matter he 100% is. DCU Tim literally has Jason’s origin and his most iconic story arc (joker jr) is an adaptation of DITF and sort of a proto Red Hood. Anyone who thinks TT Dick is biting off Tim is wrong

This is hilarious because A) the brave and the bold suit predates Tim
B) Tim’s suit wasn’t design specifically for Tim, it was designed as a modernisation of Robin as a whole to fit the new Robin in the comics (Tim) and the live action Robin that was going to debut (Dick)

@ComicsMeta The change they made to John's origin only had an impact because he unfortunately wasn't very popular before DCAU. I think a new origin for Wally in the cartoon would have been harmless for Wally in the comics, considering how popular he was in the comics at the time.

Wally West would canonically have his Born to Run origin story where he started as Kid Flash to Barry Allen’s Flash before taking over the mantle.
It always bothered me they just gave Wally Barry’s origin story and implied the Kid Flash suit was just an alternate costume.
