I think the "two-stage" model has student do the exam solo first, and then complete same/similar Qs w/peers? Fw/outP is the reverse - see the exam, confer w/peers about Qs, then tackle the exam solo. Both great strategies!

Some people have a thing to send inappropriate messages to others. What surprises me that this person is a PhD candidate and still scientific capabilities being correlated with physical appearance. In which direction this person going? 🤦‍♂️

Transphobia harms cis women. Particularly cis black African women. Unless ALL women are safe, non of us are.

5 years ago I graduated from my PhD. I'm no longer an Early Career Researcher! The PhD was incredibly hard, but the year after graduating was harder as I faced unemployment, debt & homelessness caused by the PhD experience. BLM, COVID followed, I had no idea what laid ahead
