Walked copperhead carrying my tour stand bag today. 7,000 yard track plus range and warmup. Over 20k steps done by 1:00. I will forever have no clue how a pro golfer could be overweight let alone a caddie. Wild

While stubbornly high prices in Vegas are definitely contributing to this trend, I think there has been downward pressure on real money poker everywhere for a while. We are in the leading indicator phase and should be finding ways to overcorrect before it’s too late.
Las Vegas Locally 🌴@LasVegasLocally

The 4.5-year-old Resorts World poker room is closing at the end of the month. This will leave just eight active poker rooms on the Vegas Strip.

@kwansfull @CMONEYMAKER @SavagePoker Good point, I wonder if RW survives with more states legal and funneling satellites into the NAPT. I'm not a big vlog watcher but I remember a lot of streamers playing there as well, RIP to that. Not sure who allows that now on the strip, just @VenetianPoker?

@AceMagnets @CMONEYMAKER Agree *some* consolidation is better to prevent cannibalization (@SavagePoker supports this a bit), without it going too far obv so we don’t get monopolies. But that’s a side benefit, while the overall trend is concerning.

@jackmoses0 I loved to play strategy board games and rattle off odds and percentages throughout the day. Now I'm at my most meditative and relaxed at a poker table.

A hint at your incarnation task is what you were doing naturally in childhood. Before programming kicked in and the world told you how you should act, you naturally gravitated towards certain activities without effort. These natural proclivities point towards your spiritual essence. Others would call this your life’s work, your zone of genius, or your domain of mastery. But from the perspective of the soul, it is why you came into this life. When I was a kid, I gravitated towards a few activities without being told to: - Building forts and lincoln logs - Writing stories and books - Playing sports with friends I never did so out of obligation or force. They were natural express expressions of my innate nature. Through spiritual work and self remembrance, I have arrived at a current expression that matches the nature of my childhood. I know deepening into building structures, writing, and bringing people together in community and playing sports / music are huge parts of my soul’s task. And because I’m doing these things now, I live a life that gratefully feels incredibly aligned. So take an objective look at your childhood. What were you doing naturally? What did you gravitate towards without being told what to do? What could you get lost in for hours — an activity where you never feel like you were forcing action? These expressions hints at the natural essence of your soul. Your task is to remember who you were before society told you to be somebody else, an engineer your life so you can live in complete alignment with why your soul came here in the first place.

Someone at my table mentioned a new poker format that seems to be popular on the East Coast. It's called a no limit "Revival" Tournament. You get one revival chip. At any point in the event, even at the final table, if you bust you receive a 20bb stack for your revival chip. Would you play this format? What strategy changes would there be especially on the bubble and at the final table?

Yeh bro just become an oil broker
Montgomery@DCinfoscaling

i genuinely do not understand why anyone under 30 is starting an ecom store in 2025 you need: product, supplier, warehouse, ads, creative, landing page, email flows, customer support, returns, refunds, chargebacks to net $6-8K/month if you're lucky there are simpler ways to make real money There's a system where you connect two companies that trade fuel and collect $50,000-$100,000 per transaction. No product. No inventory. No ads. No customers. No returns. Nothing physical ever touches your hands It's called oil brokering and the reason it sounds fake is because the people doing it don't post about it online. They don't need to. They make more money staying invisible than most business owners make trying to go viral Here's the actual system: Oil refineries produce fuel whether there's a buyer or not. When 25,000 metric tons of diesel sits in storage, the owner bleeds $12,500-$25,000 per week in tank rental. They need a buyer immediately On the other side, power plants and shipping companies MUST purchase fuel or operations shut down. Not optional spending. Not "maybe next quarter." The lights go out You find the buyer. Verify both sides are real. Align the paperwork (Bill of Lading, Letter of Credit, SGS inspection). Collect $2.50-$10 per metric ton when the deal closes On a standard 25,000 MT transaction that's $62,500-$250,000 for a few weeks of work The buyer needs more fuel every 6-8 weeks. You broker it again. Same contacts. Same process. The money compounds from one single relationship. One good buyer is worth six figures per year on autopilot There are roughly 4,000 people under 35 doing this worldwide. The total market has maybe 15,000 active middlemen splitting commissions on $6 billion in daily fuel transactions. Most of them are over 50 and retiring The learning curve is 5-6 months of zero income. That's the filter. 90% of people quit here. But the people who don't quit end up making more per deal than most ecom stores make in an entire year Something to seriously consider before you spend another $5K testing ads for a product nobody asked for… I teach you exactly how to broker $1,000,000+ oil deals..
