A woman at Burger King asked to speak to the manager after getting upset with an employee when she called her “sir,” claiming it was rude. The employee? A worker named Miss Lilly. The manager did what managers are supposed to do — listened, acknowledged the complaint, and said she’d speak with the employee. But when the customer kept pushing and wouldn’t let it go, the manager drew a line and asked her to leave. Honestly? That’s solid management. You can respect a customer’s feelings and protect your staff from being harassed. Mistakes happen, intent matters, and at some point “customer service” doesn’t mean tolerating endless outrage. If you were the manager, how would you have handled this situation?
