My three top advice to #Libya #women - a thread! 1) Self awareness - shadow work is hard 4public officials. It's a catch 22 - u need ego 2fight off neg comments & self doubt 2charge forward 4change. Yet if unchecked ego can lead 2arrogance & loss of alliances. Balance is key!!
