🚩Why would anyone think "Oh yeah this already happened, lets put deeply personal/valuables into my storage unit" instead of "Maybe I should keep those things in my house like 99% of people do???"

All my stuff in my storage is gone. Living in a nightmare. Went to get my luggage from my apartment storage and everything is gone but my fishing rod. Police are involved. Don’t know if I can go to Fanfest now. My headspace is not ok. IM NOT OK. PEOPLE ARE FUCKIN CRUEL!!

May I vent about something?
I may delete my self promo channel in my discord server. I truly love celebrating others and supporting my community.. I just.. I dunno.. I am a touch frustrated because the people who post there aren't active anywhere else in my server, hell they don't even visit my streams. They paste their links and go. (To clarify, it is not that they have to come to my streams. I'm just explaining and using it as an example.)
It is just frustrating that people just paste their go live stuff there and then that is it. It is like..crickets elsewhere.
It's like.. I am sad because I have tried planning fun hang out nights and no one shows up but they just post in the self promo area. That's it. I planned a RE9 night and only 2 people showed up, which isn't inherently bad.. it is just.. Sad. Especially when I put the effort in. I want to do community nights in my server. But how can I when no one really shows but people are quick to use that channel only.. I dunno.
I'm sorry for ranting. I just feel.. sad and a bit defeated and a little lonely at times. Am I doing something wrong? Am I not good enough? What can I do to liven up my server? Do I just give up? I don't want to.. 🥺

@sarahkeyblade limiting who can comment on photo uploads helps, embedding the image from another site/adding frames to image to make it a gif. Grok struggles with all of these.

@zachbussey Twitch has no shame in their greed and desperation. Bit badges are permanent, no reason sub badges can't be either.. if you spend $5000 on a tiny badge.. you should get to keep it. Otherwise you are literally subscribing to keep your pixels. Ridiculous.

Note: Gift Sub Badges are held for 30-days. Then you lose them if you don't gift.
That said, once you gift, it picks up right where you left off.
So if you had gifted 40, lose the badge, then gift 10, you'll get the 50 Gift Sub badge.

Twitch has launched a new goal system that tells viewers how many more gifted subs are needed to upgrade their badge. It currently maxes out at 5000.
It may also warn you if you're about to lose the badge (as it's been longer than 30 days since you last gifted).
