@ShaynaCPA Agree. A lot of pain I wish Intuit would save us all in the process (& 'bad profit' they make in the meantime) I feel like QB was the same: 'You can write a check, you can keep ur business' books' And voila, books were snapped from a/c's for decades & still paying the price ...

Nothing Intuit does regarding marketing to clients upsets me. They are not our competition. If anything, they drive my price because they can’t offer what I offer: personalized, accurate service. This doesn’t mean I think they don’t have other shortcomings. But they are not our competition any more than HRB and other retail tax shops are.
