@HiltonHotels just stayed at your hotel at Angel Kings Cross on Pentonville road in London. You shouldn’t have guests staying here as the smell pervading the hotel is very nauseating and I had to leave early with next to no sleep. The staff are evidently aware.

@AdrianWh Hi Adrian, thanks for reporting this to us. I can confirm the contractors have been out and confirmed the lights are working as they should be. These are 4-way lights so may seem like they are taking a while to change sometimes. Sorry for any inconvenience - thanks, Katie.

@ElectricityNW please can you attend to the temporary traffic lights in Chelford Cheshire as they’ve failed and causing long tailbacks on A537. Permit number details attached.

@ElectricityNW Hi Katie. Thanks for the reply. They were not working at 4:30pm correctly. Eastbound traffic had 3 green lights whilst the westbound side was stationary. Those joining from Pepper St or Dixon Drive did not get a green either.

@CrossCountryUK please can you explain why the 15:45 from Macclesfield to Reading was cancelled today. Every time my daughter uses this service there’s an issue. Also why was the 16:45 only 4 carriages?

@CrossCountryUK Yes but why do you have a shortage of train crews. This is a common excuse for such a poor service and results in dangerously overcrowded trains?
