@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp My host canceled & I proposed a reasonable compromise to resolve the issue, but it was ignored and the case was closed. No explanation of resolution or how host accountability is handled. Open to fair resolution. Can someone review?

How many times will your representatives transfer case? How many times will the case be transferred and what exactly is going on that requires another expert? What are you doing and why can’t you tell me what you found out. Which experts are working on this since 2nd March 2026? These Money that came from Airbnb and Skrill. What exactly is wrong and where is my money? Why must I continue to wait for your experts that don’t exist or probably lazy and doing nothing? If you won’t release my money I have asked several times for you to return it back to the senders so I can get my money in other ways. Please stop holding my money for months, it’s looking like fraud on Payoneer

@Payoneer I think it’s safe to say @Payoneer is a fraud now. My transactions have been pending for over 1 month. 3 different transactions and it’s most annoying that their customer service representatives are dummy and just figure heads that have no response or solution to complains

@Airbnb how is it acceptable to not refund any money for accommodation that was booked and cancelled within 48hrs after the host reached out to say would totally understand, then kept our £410, not one penny refunded, disgusting, have to pay in full to get 50% back, joke avoid🚨
