@AirbnbHelp the Guest checked out over 6 days ago. Funds are owed to me and are currently overdue. I need a case manager to review and release this payout immediately. Please escalate.

@AirbnbHelp Guest checked out 5+ days ago and still no payment or timeline. This needs urgent escalation. Case unresolved despite multiple contacts. Can someone from your team step in and resolve this?

@dakine I emailed Dakine multiple times in regards to my warranty claim from 77 days ago, and no one will reply. I called and I can't get a person on the line, only dead-end options which hang up on me. Why does no one from your company reply? Why can't I get an answer??

@dakine I submitted my warranty claim 77 days ago, equivalent to 11 weeks or 2 months and 8 days ago, and still no reply from your company.

@dakine Why are you not honoring your warranty on your products???
