@MastercardUK really unhappy. You're suddenly declining payment to a business site, which I've made several payments to before, due to a change of policy, but you won't say what that policy is. I'm losing out on work. Not good business for me or you. Changing providers.

@WestMidRailway Hi Serenity, I have submitted an appeal. I got the email yesterday saying it had been rejected. I tried replying to the email but that didn't work, which is why I came on here. I've attached a screenshot of the email.

Just to clarify, I can see that you've not yet filed an appeal.
This would be your first port of call as it will trigger a manual review, and the above screenshot will help.
Unfortunately we can't grant approval without the appeal process being triggered.

Yesterday was the 1st time we were able to assemble the full cast of @MurderTT As you can see, they're a merry bunch :-) We open at Sadler's Wells on 2nd February & tour for 6 months. At the venue in Liverpool we're followed by some pop group called "Gills (?) Out Loud," I think
