@AllenEdmonds While I have multiple AEs, right piece of one of my Oscars (white) have witnessed discolouration after a mild cleanup using a sneaker cleaner. I shared my feedback at Bellevue store but did not get any solution. Is discolouration not covered under warranty?

That’s kind of the point. I refuse to use spyware browsers. @Brave is a standards-compliant, Chromium-based browser. Your website is literally the only one on the internet that refuses it. And it’s because of @Akamai or your configuration of it. Please fix that. Or I’ll have to choose a new shoemaker. Literally every other maker’s website loads fine in Brave.

@AllenEdmonds I need help with an order shipped via FedEx SmartPost. Tracking #474391928780 hasn’t moved since 11/29 after leaving Murfreesboro, TN, and now only shows a generic “weather delay.” FedEx can’t locate it and advised me to contact the shipper. Can you please assist?

@AllenEdmonds The worst customer service. FedEx lost package and their policy is to make the buyer wait 8 business days, then have the buyer call back to just cancel and refund. How is that happening in 2025?! I will never buy from them again.
