I’ve been analyzing daily and trading groups are just the way we always got early alpha in crypto. I think one of the MANY things also lacking are the groups became so disorganized. An ideal trading group of 20-25 guys all in there who really only want to trade and find early gems is very powerful. We need to consolidate all the groups into early alpha groups in order to push projects. Same concept as real life work. When you are talking about happy hour, then work production sucks. When we are talking about religion and politics in a bear market, then we are missing runners. Nobody cares about personal opinions if the group isn’t making money

You almost have to treat your launchpad as a financial company like Fidelity or Vanguard where the funds they launch are similar to tokens. Have a level/tier for tokens that launch based upon initial investment by the individual or group. You could still have your high volume micro cap or tier 1 launches that 1 out of 80 migrate and make a run that you put no money into as a launchpad but have a very high rate of return. You could have then tier up 2-10 and require a level of initial investment by the dev or group that is match by the launchpad and require a time commitment from the dev based upon the tier with the tier 9 and 10 being like 9-12 months before they could sell/pull their initial commitment. Launch pad would own a share of these coins as part of the investment like every other financial company does such as BlackRock. These upper tier tokens would also provide monthly dividends to long term holders including the devs. Be able to launch and sell additional tokens that are index type tokens that are based on the value of your established/verified tokens and those index funds would pay fees across to the tokens that are a part of the index. Could have an index for each tier. Mark 10-20 tokens in the index for each tier. Have a tier manager in charge of which tokens are held based upon criteria set out by the index, similar to what mutual funds/ETF's do prior to launch so people know what they are buying into etc. Be the first to do this in the crypto space, drive in bigger money looking for higher risk but more security than what is at least perceived out there (whale puts in big money only to have those funds farmed out or sold out by a bunch of holders who got in at a lower price). Once a launchpad takes on the identity of a financial company that is assuming at least some of the risk of its users/community and investing back into its communities in the form of direct money into memes, people will come, the launchpad will dominate. Have to set it up to mitigate risk of financial commitment in the form of joint partnership in both financial and time commitment from the memes being launched. This type of financial commitment and tech has to go to established communities in the Bonk family first like $SPSC, #1Coin, $Serious. $Pandu, $Kori, $MOMO etc. You guys have to build up and support the communities that support and fight for you all. They are your foundation. Got to support and build the block out before you build the city with something like this. If you guys truly want to win, look at Bonk as a financial conglomerate that has current assets in the meme communities (prev listed) and use these assets to build and build with accountability and commitment requirements from the communities. Your time and attention is greatly respected and appreciated.

Honestly I don’t see why $testicle can’t be that bear market ripper that everyone loves to talk about. It’s one of the few tokens(7-8 total) that ran to $25m+ this year. It has survived a 96% pullback. The community is as active or more active than any other community. It’s got multiple credible high follower accounts that constantly talk about it(over months of time). It’s original in a market where literally nothing is. I dunno man, it just feels right 🤷‍♂️

One of the worst things in crypto has been the pivot from TG groups to X communities. Telegram at least has some vetting prior for the bots, Any new coins now when they don’t have a TG group can almost skip it. If you are to lazy to set up a TG group and buybot, then good chance it’s not going anywhere
