@winegal57 #wininghourchat I am so happy you mentioned this point! I mark all my wines with their vintage, because as a winemaker, I love the year-to-year differences in the wines. Mother Nature makes every vintage a little different and always special :-)

@TheWiningHour #wininghourchat Q3-Part3 I also make Altaneve Rosé, a sparkling rosé that uses Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) to create a wonderful fruit, body and structure. I add a touch of Glera (the Prosecco grape) to round the body of the wine, soften the bubble and balance the acidity.

@TheWiningHour #wininghourchat Q3-Part2 I also make Altaneve Z, a very special wine that is a Champagne connoisseur’s Prosecco. It has the crisp freshness of Prosecco with the dryness, depth and complexity of a Champagne-style wine.

@TheWiningHour #wininghourchat Q3-Part1 We do! I currently make 2 very distinctly different Proseccos and 1 sparkling rosé. The regular Prosecco (black label) is what I think all Proseccos should be: crisp, clean and floral with a lovely minerality and a creamy, soft bubble.

@Jacksters685 Hi @Jacksters685 I make 2 Proseccos and 1 Sparkling Rosé. The Prosecco (black label) is wonderfully versatile due to its slight sweetness and minerality. It goes great with cheeses, prosciutto, fish, shellfish, poultry vegetables and desserts, or by itself
