Simply not true Mr Musk!!!! It’s improper to use the platform you own for disinformation. A lie no matter how many times it gets repeated remains a lie. Your own LLM understands and recommends restitutive/remedial measures to address structural disadvantages as a result of past legalised discrimination. Under Art 1(4) of ICERD remedial measures do not constitute discrimination. Additionally laws such as BEE equally apply to black companies such as Royal Bafokeng which though owned by a biologically black community found itself not sufficiently black empowered and worse off than majority white owned companies a few years back. South Africa is not going to change its laws to accommodate @elonmusk and his Starlink. He hates his country of birth yet expects special treatment from us. It will never happens. South Africans do not want Starlink except for a few white racist idiots who see him as a Messiah. There are over 600 American companies operating here without any problem and complying with transformative laws he is complaining about. If he wants Starlink to operate here, he must comply with all applicable laws. He must stop irritating with his constant refrain about “racist laws”.
