@SouthwestAir I’ve walked the concourse. Just your gates have people in them. Strange. And I’m still made we were told we didn’t get amenity kits. Because this was because of weather. Oh, and Candy A mocked me when I said your computers went down. Nice.

@SouthwestAir I’m ticked ( really ticked) about sleeping overnight in the airport, but I have to give it to your team on flight 4277 Kristen, Mo, Mike and Barack were amazing. We had to load and deplane renovated, three times. Those people were awesome. Above awesome.

@SouthwestAir , was this just an April Fools joke? #notfunny. Y’all added a whole lot of stress, telling us we had an extra hour and then slowly taking it back. Not cool. My Asperger’s kid did NOT appreciate the crazy.
