Kolvet shared his OWN chat with Kent in confidence. No, that’s not a leak. Kent (presumably) gave the chat that Kolvet specifically said he wanted to keep private to a podcaster so that she could share it with millions and frame a conspiracy. Yes, that’s a leak.

Here are the facts: Yes, I shared the screen grab with Joe Kent because I was told I could trust him and I wanted EVERY possible lead pursued. We've done this quietly behind the scenes with countless items. Yes he did suggest I make it public. I declined. A few weeks later the screen grab was leaked anyway. I'm not going to recklessly tarnish somebody's reputation if I don't have irrefutable proof, but now that my name's being brought up, it's time to address it.
