Happy to annouce our new construction small bussiness network-helping connect small and diverse bussiness with project opportunities. Official launch is next week at Guildhall with Key Industry stakeholders! Following that we will be having monthly bussiness breakfast session!

Some exciting news - glad to be joining the advisory board for @RoehamptonUni promoting construction and the built environment!

Today we are in the Shard and our awards for the 4th year are back! We have built and evolved into an inclusion network and social impact bussiness with practical solutions. Construction and real estate are pivotal industries and we are here to promote the sector!

Our Job board - separate from membership has now surpassed 1000 candidates! Aim is to get it to 15k this year and make access to construction/real estate diverse talent easy! @BpicNetwork

We have been invited back to the Palace! This time to present our @BpicNetwork vision on how construction and real estate can build better.Our team’s expansion has meant we are increasingly getting involved in the day-to-day cycle of projects and real estate developments!

Since launching our @BpicNetwork candidate portal last week - we now have 850 candidates ready to connect with jobs. Our plan is to the to 10k this year averaging 1k jobs candidates/month

Construction and Infrastructure has a significant impact on our daily livelyhoods and should be part of mainstream discussions.most of the issues on delivery are down to a supply chains and small bussiness-noone seems to talk about that and its about time we get into more detail!

Quick thread on the Shortage Occupation List (SOL) and construction! We need these jobs on the list (and more tbh) because we don't have enough construction workers. And the reason we don't have enough workers isn't mainly about training but about employers! 🧵
