Congratulations to our incredible TY Drama students who competed in the Briery Gap All-Ireland Drama Finals in Cork on Monday! 🎭 We are absolutely delighted to share that they won the “Most Entertaining Award” as well as the Seamus Barry Perpetual Cup for Special Recognition🏆

As we come to the end of another great school term, we’d like to wish all our students, staff, and families a very Happy Christmas and a wonderful New Year! We finished school on a high note with our annual school quiz full of music and laughter. Happy Christmas from BCS! 🎄🎅

TY students presented the Christmas Box of Cheer to the Loreto Nutgrove Community Group and had their first ever Intergenerational quiz aging from 15 to 96! A very special guest even made an appearance, travelling all the way from the North Pole via the BCS department🎅

Our 6th Year students had a well earned break in SPH-Tea class after their Pre-Mocks! ☕️

College Awareness Week took place last week. UCD and Trinity spoke to our students, we visited IADT, and we held mental health awareness talks. The week promoted an understanding of third-level pathways into various careers, as well as highlighting alternative routes to careers.

Our Transition Year students hosted a Pumpkin Decorating Fundraiser to raise money for their upcoming drama production for costumes. Students showed incredible creativity, transforming pumpkins into amazing works of art. Everyone enjoyed getting into the Halloween spirit 🎃
