Building municipal capacity; We are commissioning 15 new municipal tankers, with 13 already in service and the remaining two to be deployed next month. This brings the City’s fleet to 41 municipal tankers. This forms part of a deliberate shift away from an outsourced model that proved costly and difficult to manage. By insourcing this function, we are improving response times, expanding coverage and strengthening accountability. He states that his wife @Anele has no connection to the issues under scrutiny. The Mpumalanga PPE tender worth over R14 million was declared invalid and unlawful.
