Min of Service NL discussing issues w/ Tenancies Act but only from landlord perspective. Makes sense considering 70% of adjudicated cases were brought forth by landlords. I wonder if it's bc tenant is expected to serve their landlord? You ever try serving slippery slumlord?

Let's fix health care! 1. Centralized referrals. Need a cardiologist? I fill out the same form as everyone else in Ontario and it's sent to one place. That place organizes where my patient goes based on their address, their issues & waitlists. Done.
