@Andatibless @BravinYuri So anytime a president makes an order, He may act in those three capacity. As a person, His Office or as a Commander in chief.

Before I cast my vote for Edwin Sifuna as the president, I would like to see him in a position of power where he manages resources or wields immense power. A position where money does not restrict his character. That is why, in 2027, I would prefer him as a DP than president.

1. The approved Capitation for primary school is capped at Ksh 1,400 per year. The funds are usually released by the National Treasury to the Ministry of Education on termly basis in the ratio of 50:30:20. 2. The capitation amount is arrived at based on clear expenditure lines (vote heads) that are determined by estimated costs incurred by EACH learner. 3. Upon receipt of the money, and based on the exact amount received, MoE releases the funds with an accompanying circular detailing the expenditure breakdown (vote heads). 4. The figures in reference to the circular are based on this practice. 5. In summary, MoE wishes to clarify the following: • MoE determines how much money is allocated to each vote head based on the total amount of capitation received from the National Treasury • Capitation funds are released on three phases corresponding to the school calendar terms • The circular in reference is based on the 2nd term tranche as received from National Treasury. • The amounts shown are per learner, not per school -The KSh 95.25 PER LEARNER is for learning materials only (books, stationery, etc.) -The KSh 93.08 PER LEARNER for school operations (staff, maintenance, utilities, exams) @EduMinKenya @_BasicEdu

I extend my sincere congratulations to Justice Mohamed Warsame on his nomination by the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) to serve as a Judge of the Supreme Court of Kenya. Prior to his nomination to the apex court, Justice Warsame built a distinguished reputation as a decisive and efficient jurist, with over 32 years of exemplary service in the legal profession. His depth of experience, integrity and commitment to the rule of law have been evident throughout his tenure on the bench. As he steps into this critical role, I am confident that he will continue to uphold the highest standards of justice, strengthen jurisprudence and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of Kenya's constitutional order. I wish him every success as he undertakes this important national duty, succeeding the late Justice Mohammed Ibrahim, whose legacy of service remains deeply respected.

In all over the world presidents follow orders, most of the time He does as guided. I have had a privilege to work in the presidential protocols. What am saying is deep and you might not understand. I have read John Maxwell books and I understand your school of thought but thats not how presidency works.

Meru has spoken before; it is Safina. Today, I reaffirm it as I welcome @HonMwangaza to the Safina Party. The party of economic liberation. The mission is clear: leadership for the people, prosperity for all. With Meru County leading the way, the people have chosen Safina.

@hotshotcreative @JuliusKBitok Maybe sisi ndo tunagongwa at the shops. Coz MoED buys all these items for all schools from publishers....economies of scale plus quantity discounts. Coz buying for 1 learner doesnt add up.
